Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification containing identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat Infringers

Boquete Gostoso will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
